What is the exact location of the hotel and what can i visit on foot?
We are located at Rua Nova do Almada, 114, in the heart of Chiado. Our privileged location allows you to visit the entire historic center on foot, including the Elevador de Santa Justa, Praça do Rossio, Bairro Alto and the riverside area.
What are the Check-in and Check-out times?
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM and check-out must be completed by 12:00 PM.
Does the hotel have its own parking?
Yes, we have paid parking at a cost of 25€ per day. Parking spaces cannot be reserved in advance.
Do all rooms have a view of Castelo de São Jorge?
No. We offer several room types: the Premium Rooms and the Castle Suite offer panoramic views of the Castelo de São Jorge and the Tagus River. The Classic Rooms have no view and the Superior Rooms have a city view.
How can i get to the hotel from Lisbon Airport?
You can arrive by metro, bus, taxi or through our private transfer service (€35 for 2 people), which can be booked directly with our team.
Is the Rooftop Bar open to the public and does it require a reservation?
Yes, our rooftop is open daily from 11:30 AM to 11:00 PM, offering cocktails and Portuguese-inspired cuisine. Due to its popularity and unique views, reservations are required.
Does the hotel have a Gym, Spa or Swimming Pool?
Hotel do Chiado does not have a gym, spa or swimming pool. We focus on offering a personalized boutique hotel experience in the historic center. We have agreements with gyms and spas in the surrounding area; please consult the front desk.
Does the hotel accept pets?
No, pets are not permitted on our premises.
